TV giant on CNN for 25 years, Larry King (87) passed away at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles according to a statement by his production company Ora Media. The cause of his death has not been announced but on the 4th of January his spokesperson stated that King had Covid-19 and has been moved to intensive care. Larry King has conducted more than 50 000 on-air interviews having special guests such as Elizabeth Taylor, Barack Obama, Bill Gates, Beyoncé and other huge name celebrities. He has also won two Peabody awards, an Emmy and 10 Cable ACE Awards. Online condolences started coming in from fans and celebrity friends with Mariah carey tweeting “Rest in Peace Larry King. What a wonderful life and an iconic career. I’m grateful to have known him. My heartfelt condolences to his loved ones and family” In their statement, Ora media sends their condolences to his surviving children Larry Jr, Chnace, Cannon.
